• Kit contains: 7-6 oz blocks of Wisconsin-made cheese (Smoked Gouda, Smoked Cheddar, 3 Amigos Spicy Gouda, Mango Habanero Gouda, Adelheid, Fratello, Honey Sriracha Gouda), 2-5 oz blocks of our reserve cheese (Trappiste Ale-Washed Gouda and 8-Year-Aged Cheddar), 3-8 oz bags of squeaky fresh curds (Classic, Garlic & Dill and Bloody Mary), cutting board in a decorative holiday box.

• The natural color of the laser engraved artwork is produced by the caramelization of sugar in the bamboo fibers.

• The amount of sugar in each product will vary and, as a result, variations in darkness of the laser engraving will naturally occur.
